It's time to go farther than simply throwing the scoundrels out of office. It is way beyond time to do away with the offices themselves so no one else can fill them. Thanks to the ridiculous notion about politicians being able to save us from the bad guys, the damage done to society by private criminals is now dwarfed by the trillions of dollars that government steals every year. Calling a system of regular, institutionalized mass theft and extortion "freedom" and "civilization" is enough to send this commentor into fits of hysterical laughter.
I'm a freelance writer and I live in Wyoming, the last of the Free States. A lot of my professional writing centers around environmental issues and technologies. I've been told that I'm entertaining. I find myself hilarious, so maybe they're right.
