GarageDelParco

I was recently introduced to GarageDelParco.com, an Italian car dealership and website which has “vendita auto usate” (used cars for sale). I was asked to give my opinion of their website and business, so I thought I would publish it here.

The company has been in business since 1978 as Garage Del Parco in Milan. They buy and sell used cars of just about any type and looking through the photos on their site, they have a lot of them – and of every description.

Their lot has everything from German luxury vehicles to tiny Smart Cars and commuters. They give warranties (12/24 months) and upgrades on cars, doing a lot of work in-house. They also finance in-house for those who need financing.

A large aspect of their business is “compro auto usate” (buying used cars). They use the Patti Chiari transparency method in all contracts for both purchase and sales. This means that all documentation related to the car is requested when they purchase it (including work done to the car prior to purchase). For the seller this means that if you have kept documentation of work done to the car – maintenance, repairs, etc. – you can command a higher price. This also means that buyers will know the history of the car.

If you’re looking to buy a car, GarageDelParco has the same open attitude about it.

All of their auto usate milano (used cars for sale) are similarly open and transparent. Buyers are welcome to bring in their mechanic to check the car, peruse all documentation before purchase, and otherwise scrutinize the vehicles up front. GarageDelParco will put a complimentary 24 hour hold on any car a buyer is interested in to ensure it’s still there when the buyer makes a decision.

A full warranty of at least 12 months is offered on every car sold, covering engine, drive train, electric, and labor required for replacement/repair.

Overall, this is a nice dealership with a great website.
